स्कूल
स्कूल के दिनों में, डॉ. नवनीत अग्रवाल ने सेल्फ स्टडी से मुश्किल प्रॉब्लम को एनालाइज़ करने और सॉल्व करने की अपनी काबिलियत डेवलप कर ली थी। इससे उन्हें कोचिंग से पूरी तरह बचने में मदद मिली। अपनी पहली कोशिश में ही उन्होंने ऑल इंडिया और स्टेट लेवल दोनों के प्री मेडिकल एग्जाम पास कर लिए। उन्हें स्टेट गवर्नमेंट ने दो स्टेज के स्टेट लेवल कॉम्पिटिशन में टॉप 25 साइंस स्टूडेंट के तौर पर चुना था।
मेडिकल कॉलेज
नेशनल और स्टेट मेडिकल एंट्रेंस एग्जाम में उनके एकेडमिक स्कोर ने उन्हें जाने-माने सरकारी मेडिकल कॉलेज में अच्छी जगह दिलाई। उन्होंने ऑल इंडिया एग्जाम रैंक के ज़रिए अपने होम टाउन GR मेडिकल कॉलेज ग्वालियर से MBBS चुना। उन्होंने GR मेडिकल कॉलेज ग्वालियर से अपनी MS सर्जरी पूरी की। इसके बाद उन्होंने GR मेडिकल कॉलेज ग्वालियर के न्यूरोसर्जरी डिपार्टमेंट में एक साल की न्यूरोसर्जरी सीनियर रेजीडेंसी की। ऑल इंडिया लेवल के एग्जाम के ज़रिए उन्हें SMS मेडिकल कॉलेज जयपुर में न्यूरोसर्जरी में M.Ch. प्रोग्राम के लिए चुना गया।
न्यूरोसर्जरी करियर
न्यूरोसर्जरी के प्रोसीजर अक्सर लंबे और मुश्किल होते हैं, जिनमें कंसंट्रेशन और स्टैमिना के साथ सटीक सर्जिकल स्किल्स की ज़रूरत होती है। इसके लिए सालों की ट्रेनिंग की ज़रूरत होती है। MBBS और MS पूरा करने के बाद, डॉ. नवनीत अग्रवाल को न्यूरोसर्जरी का 12 साल का अनुभव है। इस अवधि में GR मेडिकल कॉलेज ग्वालियर के न्यूरोसर्जरी डिपार्टमेंट और ट्रॉमा सेंटर , जयपुर के SMS मेडिकल कॉलेज और ट्रामा सेंटर और जयपुर के फोर्टिस-एस्कॉर्ट्स हॉस्पिटल में न्यूरोसर्जरी डिपार्टमेंट में ब्रेन और स्पाइन के ऑपरेशन्स किये ।
अब डॉ. नवनीत अग्रवाल एक इंडिपेंडेंट न्यूरोसर्जरी कंसल्टेंट है। जयपुर के SMS मेडिकल कॉलेज के पास अपना क्लिनिक हैं। Brain Tumour, Brain Aneurysm Clipping ,Coiling , Flow Diverter, Brain stroke , स्पाइन और अन्य न्यूरो बीमारियों के ऑपरेशन करते है।

In school days, Dr Navneet Agarwal developed innate capacity to analyze and solve complex problems by self study . This enabled him to avoid coaching altogether .In his first attempt he cleared the Pre Medical examinations of both All India and State level . He was selected as the Top 25 Science Student by State Government in a two stage state level competition.
Medical College
His academic score on the national as well as state medical entrance exams, secured him coveted spot at prestigious government medical colleges . He opted for MBBS in his home town GR Medical College Gwalior , through All India examination rank. He completed his MS Surgery from GR Medical College Gwalior . Subsequently he did one year Neurosurgery Senior Residency at Neurosurgery department GR Medical College Gwalior. Through All India level examination he was selected for M.Ch. program in Neurosurgery, at SMS Medical College Jaipur.
Neurosurgery Career
Neurosurgical procedures are often long and complex, requiring precise surgical skills along with concentration and stamina. This requires years of training. After completing his MBBS and MS degrees, Dr. Navneet Agarwal has 12 years of experience in neurosurgery. During this period, he performed brain and spine surgeries at the Neurosurgery Department of GR Medical College, Gwalior, the Trauma Center of SMS Medical College, Jaipur, and the Neurosurgery Department of Fortis-Escorts Hospital, Jaipur.
Now, Dr. Navneet Agarwal is an independent neurosurgery consultant. He has his own clinic near SMS Medical College in Jaipur. He performs surgeries for brain tumors, brain aneurysm clipping, coiling, flow diversion, brain strokes, and other spinal and neurological conditions.
